MY MEMOrable FEB 2006! Whee!

OK, dunno how tis is gonna turn out, but gonna give it a shot anyway. Yup, ok...I know I've not been blogging other than my other half. Try entering into mama & wifey-hoods AND you'll know! Hahaha...BUT one thing for sure, God has intended all of these for good of yours truly(moi la)!

Tis Feb marked one of the most touching moments of my life (other than my awesome wedding day of cos!) First was the SURprise blessings from my beloved leaders & youths on our 2nd wedding anniversary; a beautiful Melt-My-Heart anniv. cake which had our Triple J photo; thrown to the pool by my DEAREST, so to speak!; had our wedding vows recited by our "substituted but pro-de-de" pastor, Melly; even to the extent of exchanging crystal rings! (Yeah!... i got new ring!); & ended up eating "ourselves" while still dumping others into the pool! hahaha...

Then come the actual anniversary day where we FINALLY got to bring our beloved son to the ZOO. It was fun, both BIG & small boys enjoyed themselves; one reading all the big & small prints of each animal we went to while the other's busy touching Every BIG & small thing, ha! Too bad we didnt end our night off with lovely dinner cos Jeff's gotta go for his BSF, but i'm VERY sure the Lord always blesses us with pleasant surprises with sacrifices we made for Him...cos WE LOVE HIM!

Within the week (naturally), comes my birthday on Fri (17 Feb), ha... darl (a.k.a. hubby) arranged for a beach outing for us and there, we had a relaxed time where he pitched a tent and cycled Josiah around while I took my "dream rest" supposedly (if not for the men outside my tent where half the time, i gotta be cautious in case they cross the line!) Well, that was a nice thought from him tho...

...We brought Josiah over to MIL's house after that cos he told me that we had to go home and get changed for dinner (JUZ the 2 OF UZ!) 1st time (out of all his plans that are so predictable) I felt so uncertain and UNpredictable! I was thrilled! Then...ha, came his loop holes one by one nearing our house! 1st was my keys in his bunch of keys ("Where's ur keys huh? How cum mine's in ur bunch?"...i started to qn. Suspecting either there're gonna be ppl waiting for us @ home or something)...Then he kinda bent over to take a look thru the wooden door, as if to see if lights were off already. FINALLY...!...

"Tada!" a wonderfully set candlelight dinner with a bouquet of Tulips was set before my very EYES! Awww...my heart's melting then. When I stepped in, I saw a gift on the table; a unique book of memories when a few of us went to Cameron Highlands for a retreat, coupled with some "ODD" pics (WHOeva suggested to even put in there!) as well as growing stage of my boyfriend...tats tats tats...juz...AWW...some were Xpecting my tears to roll down by all these arrangement (but sorry man, I've told myself to take it easy, ha!)

But all these plannings were really masterworks of my beloved youth leaders: Serene (Designer), Mel ("p/t pastor" cum co-chef), Lynn (Chef), Tina (co-helper) and Yong Kiat ("blessor") together with my lifelong partner, a.k.a. Ah lao! Thanks Guys & lao gong *muack*muack*

That Valentine/ Birthday week has been truly beautiful. To end off the week was a specially arranged dinner by my buddies- May & Meena. Had a good gathering and comparable to restaurant standard- western dinner by main chef -Spencer over at May & Mike's house.

Wat more can I say? The blessings of friends who can only come from God! Like wat His words promises in Eccl "Blessed is he(she) who has one hand held by man(friend); and the other, by God!" How true is that!

Here you go...my first blog...& a SUPER-DUPER long one! Enjoy reading & be blessed!
